Keria carries T1 into semis of KO stage at World Championship

T1 rallied to a 3-2 victory over Anyone's Legend on Friday to advance to the Knockout Stage semifinals at the $5 million League of Legends 2025 World Championship in Beijing.

T1 started strong with a 36-minute win on red before Anyone's Legend responded with a 32-minute victory on blue and 38-minute triumph on red. T1 held firm, however, and posted a 37-minute win on blue and a 35-minute victory on red to eliminate Anyone's Legend.

South Korea's Min-seok "Keria" Ryu was the match MVP for T1, who will face Top Esports in the semifinals on Sunday.

The first semifinal on Saturday pits KT Rolster against Gen.G Esports.

The 17-team tourney began with the Swiss Stage on Oct. 14. The Knockout Stage is a single-elimination bracket in which all matches are best-of-five. The champion of the Nov. 9 grand final will earn $1 million, with $800,000 going to the runner-up.
